Does Gynaset Pill Help To Induce Period?

Question: Hello Doctor,
Last month i got my periods on 24th, till so far i have not got my periods, i met the doctor also, she done the pregenency test and it shows as negitive, she prescribed gynaset tablets for 5 days. My question is why i use the tablet? Is there too get periods by using the tablet?

Gynaset (Norethisterone) pill is given to induce period as your pregnancy test is negative.

You should start taking the pill as per direction of your doctor. You will get a withdrawal bleeding like period within 3-5 days after stopping them.
