There is no side effect related with kidney which is caused by HGHR supplement. Although, it is a matter of not being enough time on the market to have conclusive studies that document its side effects. The components that it has are natural so they should not cause problems.

Anyways, the best way to know this for sure is to stop taking the supplement for 2 weeks and consider doing again the Creatine level.
