Brief Answer:
High doses should be avoided.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related doubts

Hydrocodone is an opioid drug while Prozac is an antidepressant. Its safe to use both drugs together in prescribed dose. But Hydrocodone is known to raise the concentrations of Prozac and if both drugs are in high dose then there is some risk of serotonin syndrome. But that is seen in high doses. Hydrocodone reduces metabolism of Prozac. Otherwise there are no significant drug interactions at clinically used doses.

Thanks and Take care.
