Question : I took 2 10 mg 325 hydros on Friday eveing got drug tested on Tuesday eving at work do I have anything to worry about

The medication hydros 10 mg/ 325 mg can take any where from 3 to 5 days before it disappears from your urinary test screen. The medications are usually out after 48 hours but may need a day or two more to get completely flushed out and not get detected on drug testing. Drinking adequate water flushes it faster.
