Question : Is it safe to take a Hydroxyzine Pamoate (25 MG) with the 2- 25MG Diphenhydramine I recently took?

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this supposed food allergy. Unfortunately, these drugs are exactly the same and I will not advise that you take both. This is because they both cause sedation and can cause severe sedation when taken together. If the itches are too severe, I will rather recommend you use prednisone/bethamethasone which is a steroid and good in cases of body itches.
