Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query on hcm.
After IVF, usually you will be made to lie down in the doctor's office for around an hour, after which you can travel home. You need to just relax and not do any physical activity for the next 24 hours.
After 24 hours, you may resume normal non stressful work.
After pregnancy is confirmed as positive (after 9-11 days), then you may resume day to day activities. It is advisable to avoid any heavy activities.
