Question : my husband has mild copd woke up with congestion & tightness in chest shortness of breath has 99.1 temp paininful to inhale. I am going to start Z-pack. Can I mix Ipratropium Bromide & Albuterol together & will it help ease breathing

There is no interaction between Z pack, ipratropium and albuterol.
There may be a little palpitation some times.
If his oxygen saturation and symptoms do not improve with these medicines, it would be better to take him to the ER.
