Dizziness cannot tell you what exactly is going on because it is associated with many disease conditions and non disease conditions as well. A doctor cannot say you have GERD because you reported dizziness but dizziness can be part of the symptoms of GERD, headache, fever, etc. Therefore, dizziness alone cannot justify GERD.
