Question : I am taking levothyroxine, losartan, lipitor and xarelto. Need to know what antidepressants are compatible with these drugs.

Noted your concern. Xarelto can have interactions with certain anti depressants and please discuss this with your doctor. However, Levothyroxine, Losartan and Lipitor are safe to be taken with anti depressants.
