Question : Well I have been sick and I found out tonight after pharmacy was closed that the medication I was prescribed was not going to help after getting culture back. So the Dr is calling me in right medication in the morning. I had some antibiotic that I didn't take previously so I decided to take it because I feel bad. I took It with Lexapro . I then decide I better check interactions of medications to find out the cipro and lexapro interact. Do I need to seek professional help to induce vomiting.

Brief Answer:
NO, there is no interaction between cipro and lexapro

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty with your drugs. Fortunately, there has been no documented interaction between these médications. I hope your doctor changes the drug as soon as the pharmacies open tomorrow.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
