Question : My doctor changed my blood pressure to "losartan". Is it safe to use viagra with this
drug?

There are no known interactions between these two drugs.

Viagra can interact with some blood pressure meds but this usually relates to those in the nitrate family of drugs. Losartan does not belong to this family and is safe to use with viagra.
