Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic.
I have gone through the query.

Lyme's disease is transmitted by tick bites.
As per literature Lyme's disease(causing Bulls eye rash) is not transmitted by sexual intercourse or by sharing food or kiss .So the chances of you acquiring it is almost nil.

The symptoms may be due to respiratory infection due to contact with any person.
Anyway some do prescribe antibiotics like doxycycline for respiratory infection too.
You can consult your doctor for examination and management.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
