Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

MSG food additive is considered generally "safe" from FDA. This means that there isn't any kind of correlation between MSG and specific disease.A large number of studies have failed to find evidences that MSG can cause any disease.

It is not true that MSG can cause brain cancer. There are no evidences to support this.
MSG has been used as a food additive for decades and there are no evidences to
prove a correlation between it and brain cancer or other disease.

A number of possible effects of MSG are reported such as headache, flushing ,nausea but studies have found no enough evidences to support this.

The cause of your headache might be just anxiety from thinking about brain tumor.
If the headache continues you can try to avoid MSG for some time and see if help.

There is no reason to think about brain tumor.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.
