Brief Answer:
THC and CBD have anti-inflammatory activities.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Marijuana has two components THC (tetrahydrocannabidiol) and CBD (Cannabidiol). Both these substances possess anti-inflammatory and healing properties. So we can say medical marijuana or cannabis has anti-inflammatory properties. So medical marijuana helps in inflammation. But street marijuana has less content of these substances.

If you want to know more you are welcome.

Thanks.
