Question : Im getting fasting labs done in morning and wanted to know if meth will be detected

In the routine tests Methamphetamine is not looked for and hence not detected. If you are having a drug screen, then it will be detected.

Routine tests usually cover CBC, sugar,Lipids (Cholesterol), status of the kidneys and liver , sometimes Thyroid , urine etc.
Meth is not looked for
