Question : I am currently on minocycline 50 mg. I have a dentist appointment today and am supposed to take 4 amoxicillin
500 mg 1 hour prior to my appointment. I had a hip replacement in 2008. Should I take the amoxicillin?

Thanks for posting your query.

Yes , you can take Amoxacillin ( Unless you are Allergic to it ) , if required you may take some antacid medicine like Ranitidine or Pantoprezole as 4 tablets may cause Acidity . Otherwise no problems in taking it .
