Question : hi

doc says 9mm polyp in my uterus. can be cured with misoprostol 200 twice every two hours on first day of period. is it safe to go with?

So in your case you are taking it for dilatation purpose or removal of polyp?

polyp o of size 3mm by 8mm is found in internal sonography n doctor has prescribed zitotec 200. I want to ask wether it is safe to take 6 pills in 2 hour interval? n when should it be taken?

Hello dear,
Thanks for the details.
I usually give 2 tablets at 6 hours interval.( total 800mcg).
And you can start from today itself.
Side effects are usually nausea,vomiting, cramps and sometimes excessive bleeding.
So in my opinion it should be taken 2 tablets at 6 hrs.interval not at 2 hrs.interval,either orally or vaginally( vaginally much better).
