I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. There is no documented interaction between mucinex (Guaifenesin) & lexapro (escitalopram) BUT you need to make sure that mucinex does not contain dextromethorphan along with Guaifenesin.
However everybody interacts differently with medicines. So if after taking then together you feel any unusual symptom like fever, rash or itching then you need to consult your treating doctor immediately.
