Question : I have PCOS and recently bought I believe it’s called Myo-Inositol to help woth my symptoms. I am sexually active and always use protection however it broke this past time(it also has before but I did not get pregnant). I have not taken the inositol yet but I wanted to start taking it as soon as possible and wanted to know if I start taking it would it promote me to get pregnant ? It’s something I want to avoid

Myo inositol is generally given as supplementary during pregnancy to prevent miscarriage and in PCOD condition to improve the quality of ovary function. You can start taking the medication as there is no risk of pregnancy and the medication does not help in promoting pregnancy.
