Question : Does Mysoline help with familial tremors?I don't know if either one helps yet. I have only taken the Mysoline once, and the Keppra for 3 weeks.

Mysoline is a good drug for familial or essential tremors.
It is to be started in low dose and gradually increased based on response.
Other medications like propranolol, clonazepam, Topiramate or gabapentin can also be tried.
