Question : Today I have took a xanax .5 milligram for my panic attacks I just been subscribed Norco 5 milligram for my wisdom teeth I took one today a half of pill with that cause panic attacks is it safe to take the two

Both together increase sedation. No panic attacks

The only interaction between the two is that both together increase the sedation.
Narco is not a recognised precipitant of panic attacks.
