Does Norethisterone Help In Stopping Menstrual Bleeding?

Question: If I take Norethisterone whilst on my period (3rd) day will it stop my period ? I'm going away on Wednesday and we are going snorkelling..I want to stop my period but I don't know what will stop it.

Yes it will stop it most likely specially if you have lesser flow on day 3 of periods but then after leaving the tablets you will get your period once again and then there can be erratic spotting and irregular cycle for a couple of months so in case you don't have an issue with it then can take it.
