Question : I am 24years old getting married on 10th september.my last period date is 24th XXXXXXX .i get regular periods after every 27days and i have calculated my september month period date is the same as wedding i.e 10th september.
So i have 2cycles before september period .i want to prepone these 2cycles by atleast 3days every cycle so that my september cycle gets 6days earlier and it'll be over by 4-5th september.
I want to prepone my july & august cycle only and want to have natural periods for september month on 4-5th september so that i can conceive without any side-effects in september after my marriage on 10thsep.
Please suggest medicine .also should i prepone july & august cycles by 3days each month or september month cycle for 6days?and how? I dont want to postpone periods because i'll have to postpone august period for atleast 19days to get period before 4-5thseptember.

Hello dear thanks for trusting health are magic.
It is common to have overlapping dates so can be easily managed.
Take tablet norethisterone 5 mg three times a day on 30th,31st August and 1st September and then leave it.
After leaving the drug you will get periods in 3-5 days.
Also this will make your mid cycle period (which has high chances of pregnancy) around the tune immediately after marriage.

Is this 100% guaranteed solution or i shall also use home remedies along with norethisterone to get periods by 4-5th september?
If the periods dont start by 34th september what else i can do immediately to start periods?-

Quite a sure method

Detailed Answer:
It is quite sure and nothing else is usually needed.
In case (grim chances) periods don't commence by 5th September, don't take any other drug and just wait along with intake of papaya and turmeric milk.
Latter things are not medically proven but are adjuncts to bring periods early.
Most likely you will not face any problem because you already have short cycles so will get periods in 3-4 days only.

Thanks alot doctor.
I have 1 more concern .i eat fried food,fish ,spicy food which had caused acne on my face & took aziwok 500 tablet for face acne five days last month. My face is clear now & i have stopped aziwok500 & fried food to.
Will norethisterone have any side-effects or bring back acne or cysts on my face ? Is it safe ?o
