Brief Answer:
Please refer to detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I have read your medicine details which you have mentioned and I understand your concern.

First all of I wanna assure you that there is no risk of sudden death while on antihypertensives it's very unusual.

Secondly with every blood pressure lowering medicine there is a risk of low blood pressure if their dose is not being adjusted properly.

In your case if you are already on these meds for quite sometime then the risk of having a low bp is less and if you have just started the medicine then I would like to suggest you to keep a record of your daily Blood pressure for initial few days to detect any significant fall in bp.

I hope this information will be helpful. If you have any more doubts you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

Kind Regards
