Question : Hi, I am 25 years old. I am taking "olmin 20 a "for high bp.
I have started working out. I had joint pain in the knee and elbows after I increased the weights by little. Doctor gave me calcium supplements that have reduced the pain but it still exists.
I take endocal d everyday.
Is the pain due to olmin 20 a tablet ?

I understand your concern.
See, this seems to be due to weight lifting and exercise. Since you have recently started workout so such kind of joint pains are due to that only. They are very common when you start workouts.
This is not due to Olmin.
However, this pain should settle within 10-14 days. Even if they persist after that, then I would advise you to get Serum Uric Acid done.
I don't find any reason to worry.

the pain has been for more than 1 month. just to correct the tablet is "olmin 20 a " and not "olmin". is the pain due to olmin 20 a ?
I have done both the tests you mentioned and they are in normal range.

I also had hairfall after I statrted taking olmin a 20 tablet. is it because of the tablet ? how to prevent it ?
