Question : should Ondem be taken before OR after meals---pl advise.
Symptoms: Last 30 days regular vomit , 6-7 times in a day ( watery as well as semisolid )after the meals.
Pl advise further

Hello
Ondem should be taken before meals.
In case your symptoms persist The next step should be an upper GI endoscopy to look for Gerd.
I would also recommend to take levosulpuride for vomiting.consult your doctor to get an endoscopy and prescription
