                                            Question : can I take paracetamol 500mg and norfloxacin tindazole together?
I had outside meal yesterday afternoon. since then had 4-5 motions till this afternoon. Today afternoon I had realized I had temperature of 101.7 and I took paracetamol 500 mg at around 3 pm. Now had watery loose stool around 4 pm. can I take norfloxacin tindazole now?

Yes you can, but it may lead to a lot of acidity and nausea too because of Tinidazole. You will have to take a preparation of Omeprazole plus Domperidone before meals followed by the antibiotic after meals. Actually you do not need paracetamol. Once the antibiotic acts, the temperature will subside
