Question : Will paroxetine 10 mg help me sleep and I have panic attacks -/ I am on sleep apnea -- I am 75 years old and very active until now
Brief Answer:
Not a good drug for sleep
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Paroxetine is an anti depressant and it is also used for treating anxiety. It is not a good drug for sleep. Please do not consume it without a prescription as it is a dangerous drug to be taken without supervision.
A better drug for sleep would be Zolpidem or Alprozolam at night. I recommend Zolpidem over alprozolam as the latter has addictive properties. Please speak to your doctor regarding my suggestion
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
regards
