Question: I took 4 zopiclone and smoke a hit of weed and some Paxil for depression. Will I be ok

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Although the chances of staying awake and alive is near to normal person but such o practices harms in multiple ways. First the medication fails to work because of antagonist effect of weed on antidepressant paxil. Similarly your insomnia may aggravate or you may go for prolonged sleep due to aberrant intake of zopiclone.

Having said this I like to conclude that you will be ok with this and there is little need to rush to the emergency but make sure that it is never repeated in future.
