Question : Hi! I have a question regarding Plan B. Does it prevent ovulation for that cycle or just delay it? It it only just delays it, how long does it delay it for?

But if you take it it can make your cycle shorter or longer, so how is this possible if ovulation wasn't altered in some way?

Hi,

The menstrual length is due to increase and decrease of progesterone hormone.

This Plan B causes variation in the progesterone in the progesterone levels. Hence variation in cycle length.
