Brief Answer:
Both are different medications
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr xxxxx
Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
Restless leg syndrome is usually treated with pramipexole or ropinorole ,which help calm down the hyperactive nerves.
The medication you are taking now which is nervestra is only a supplement that can help in nerve regeneration.
Now the answer to your question pramipexole cannot be interchanged with nervestra, but both can be taken simeoultaneously to help with your symptoms.
Pramipexole can be stopped suddenly but I would advise you not to stop it.
Hope this answers your question
