Question : I take 10 mg prednisone per day. Will it interact with Prempro .3 mg/1.5 mg?

Hello and welcome,

I looked up a drug check for using prednisone with Prempro. Some interaction is possible between the two - the result is that Prempro can possibly increase the prednisone effects. It is considered a moderate interaction (not severe).

That does not mean that you cannot safely take the two meds. But do make sure that the physician who is prescribing the prednisone is aware that you are taking Prempro.
