                                            Question : Sir i had unprotected sex last week and had taken i pill nxt to nxt day. No m taking regesterone for my periods. Sir i want to go for n hiv test like dna pcr bt on net i hv read tht these medicines affects the window period of any test. I jst want to ask is it possible tht periods and pregnancy related medicines alters the window period of elisa or any other test

                                    Mam i got ur point. Bt on net i hv read tht chemotherapy alters the window period of hiv and chemotherapy mein hormonal therapy bhi di jaati hai. Toh usse i got confused ke ginette hormones ko regulate krti hai toh XXXXXXX wo hormonal therapy toh nai hai. Mam plz solve my problm
