                                    Brief Answer:
Not much medicines but pregabalin and Duloxetine can cause it
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern for your husband.
At age of 70 these much number of medicines can cause confusion if there are side effects or drug interactions.
In his cab only 3 drugs can cause sedation pregabalin, Duloxetine and Escitalopram. I recommend shifting pregabalin and Duloxetine to night dose. Other medications are fine and needed for his physical problem. As soon as his doctor becomes available ask him to modify the schedule permanently or stop one of them.
Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr Chintan Solanki.

Hi,
thanks for follow up. If you still notice that confusion even after shifting the dose better to go to doctor for check up.
