Brief Answer:
SGPT and SGOT are slightly elevated which do not have clinical significance

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have gone through your query and understand the concern.

Any biochemical laboratory reports should be correlated with clinical features.

Your SGPT,SGOT are slightly elevated with normal serum billirubin level (both direct and indirect) but it should be correlated clinically before suspecting any disease.

Serum SGPT and SGOT are highly sensitive liver function tests.

Therefore, here It can also be raised following fatty meal or few alcohol drinks as you said you are a occasional drinker.

So,there is no need to worry much as they seem not to be indicative of your liver damage here.

Still,if you want to be in more safer side then you should go for serum Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) test,GGT with ultrasound of abdomen-hepatobilliary to rule out any liver pathology.

Hope this will help you.
