Question : Can seroquel cause balding in the front of head? I take 100mg for sleep. I am also on metformin .

I have never seen in any patient nor it is mentioned in literature that seroquel can cause hair loss or balding in front of head.

Common causes of such problem are excessive stress, thyroid abnormality, PCOD, local fungal infection, nutritional deficiencies, pregnancy or pills.

You should consult dermatologist once for evaluation and treatment.
