Suboxone is Buprenorphine and Naloxone combination. Buprenorphine is an opioid drug. Tramadol too is an opioid.
Both are used in opioid dependence and also in severe intractable pain.
You can take 8 mg Suboxone and Tramadol together and this will not cause much problems. It's safe, but try to reduce doses of one of these drugs gradually with consultation of your doctor. You can take Suboxone in morning and 50 mg Tramadol on SOS basis in daytime.
