Brief Answer:
These are main drugs used for therapy / these replete Dopamine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on Health Care Magic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar , Neurologist, here to answer your query.

Parkinson's disease manifests because of the dopamine deficiency in brain. Syndopa plus and Ropark helps in repleting the deficient Dopamine levels and thus helps in improving the symptoms of parkinson's disease.

I must however emphasize that these medicines will not cure the disease, rather they will keep the disease activity under control and result in improvement of symptoms.

Coenzyme Q does not have a proven role in treatment of Parkinson's disease, though a few small studies have shown it to be beneficial.

Hope this helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
