Does Tahitian Noni Skin Supplement Cream Help Subdue Skin Tags Bumps?

Question: To Dr. Sawhney,kMy friend sent me Morinda Noni skin supplement cream. It does help subdue the skin tags bumps but then after a day they came back. At least from using the cortisone milder cream, it,s not so itchy from the sunburn like when I first wrote you. Also I,m taking Benadryl 25 mg every night, helps sleeping too.

Forgot to tell you I had trouble with another suntan lotion called Mychelle.
Really bothered my eyes a lot, it dripped into my eyes when I never did it. It was very hot that day.
Thanks so much. I could not take the chloritrimeton due to yellow XXXXXXX allergy.

What do u think is best sunblock cream pls?
Consumer Reports recommends Anthelios, the one that burned my eye when sweat dripped in it.
They also recommend Equate from Walmart.
Wondering if I need Baby suntan lotion if that would not burn my eye.
