Brief Answer:
very rare interaction

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Zofran is the trade name for the medication ondansetron.

It very rarely interacts with tamoxifen. In very rare cases, abnormal changes in the heart rhythm can occur but this is most likely in persons with a history of heart disease or some previous heart rhythm issues.
This can also occur if there are abnormal levels of the electrolytes potassium and magnesium.

As mentioned, the interaction and the abnormal heart rate is rare.

At the point you can consider monitoring unless you are having palpitations.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
