I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Generally terbinafine doesn't causes rise in wbc count. It may produce nauses, fullness in stomach, loss of apetite etc. Rarely it cause liver dysfunction but it doesn't leads to high wbc count.

2 weeks ago when I was at the docs office he said my white bloodcell count was up from 10,ooo to 12,000 is this anything to worry about. I will see him again in about a week thanks

I can understand your concern. Your WBC count is slightly high; upto 11000 count is consider as normal. So 12000 count is not very high. Even mild subclinical infection can leads to this. So if you don't have any symptoms like fever then no need to worry.
