Question : i have been taking tramadol for pain from a blood clot i my lower calf, i was also perscibed celebrex do they mix well?

Celebrex can sometimes decrease the effects of tramadol by affecting its metabolism. There is decreased breakdown of tramadol to its active metabolite.

There is a lot of concern, however, with the use of celebrex and eliquis. It is important to remember that celebrex can potentially be associated with bleeding.

This means that this medication, combined with eliquis, would increase your risk of bleeding.

You may want to speak to your doctor about that combination (Eliquis and celebrex)
