Brief Answer:
needs more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you. However, I think I would need more information about the symptoms.

Vertigo is one of the commonest symptoms that patients suffer and most diseases have the symptom.

Do you have the problem when getting up from bed or when looking side ways?
Do you have a problem when you move?
Are your actions slow?
Do you have the problem more associated with ear sounds?
Do you have diabetes or hypertension? Have they been checked recently?
Do you have headaches?
Do you have vomiting?
Do you have fever?

Contributing a detailed description of the symptoms is important.
I hope that you can respond to the above queries, and add the tests that have been done so k can help you better.

Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

my ears have a continuous ringing in them. Also they are hypersensitive to sounds
actions slow down because my mussels stop working well. I can't walk. It has happened before about a month ago
moving standing bending over. Body movements all make it worse
it makes it even worse to move
ear sounds high pitched ringing all the time for days now. There is also a lot of pressure in my neck and behind my ears and specially my chest.

Also I went to the emergency room last time and I know they took bloodwork apparently nothing came back bad. I know they did an eeg and a cat scan also

and one more thing is there another sleep aid I can use?

Brief Answer:
SOUNDS LIKE MIGRAINE

Detailed Answer:
HI
I HAVE READ YOUR QUERY.

IN THE VIEW OF THE NEW DATA, I THINK THAT THIS MAY WELL BE A MIGRAINE.
IN MIGRAINE, THERE IS A CONDITION CALLED ACEPHALGIC MIGRAINE, WHERE THE PATIENT DOES NOT HAVE PAIN. ONLY THE ASSOCIATED SYMPTOMS LIKE VOMITTING AND VERTIGO MAY BE PRESENT.

IN FACT YOUR NECK PAIN MAY BE CAUSING YOUR HEADACHE ALSO, SO YOU SHOULD BE TREATED FOR THE SAME. THAT MAY IN FACT HELP YOUR HEADACHE ALSO

YOU MAY IN FACT TRY MIGRAINE PROPHYLAXIS FOR THE HEADACHE. THAT WILL HELP YOU ALSO.

I HOPE THAT THE INFORMATION HELPS YOU.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
BET OF LUCK.
DR MITTAL
