Now, first Uricel contains the extract of some natural plants that will help clean the uric acid off from the joint and flush off the body by stimulating urine production.

Increase urine production will help a kidney patient.
However, it depends on how well the kidney is working to determine if can face this overload in blood uric acid that must be cleaned by the kidneys. Although you are on dialysis, can you please provide the kidney function tests you have done to understand your kidney functioning?
