Question : i am done with my treatment with vancomycin and wondered if it could cause increased urination?

Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can convey that, Vancomycin, has frequent urge to urinate, as side effect on treatment, in some.
Decreased urine is also a known side-effect.
Less commonly, there can be frequency and increase in urination, on treatment.
If you've completed your course of vancomycin, then forget about side effects.
