Brief Answer:
Thereis no evidence of action of Viagra in Perpheral Arterial isease.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query.
The Sildenafil or Tadanafil are drug that selectively inhibit enzyme Phospo Diesterase 5 which is the main enzyme that is responsible for relaxation of arteriole walls resulting into increase blood flow to erectile tissue of penis causing Erection. This is initiated by producing more quantity of Notrous Oxide only on sexual stimulation and involves series of chemical reactions in erectile tissue of penis....

Since there is no such mechanism of action in PAD there is no increase in arterial blood flow to the legs in PAD.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
