Question : Will taking Vicodon with or without any combinations of other meds give a positive reading for marijuana on a workplace drug test?

Not for marijuana but may for opiates

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Vicodin contains synthetic opiate and may give positive test for opiates. It is not implicated in producing false positive for marijuana. Commonly used anti inflammatory drugs ( NSAIDs), ulcer medicine like Omeprazole and even Vitamin B2 may produce false positive results.
