Question : I am taking warfarin. Any interactions with Diosmin and hesperidin?

According to the medical information currently available, hesperidin can increase the risk of bleeding and therefore should not be used along with medications such as warfarin that may also cause bleeding.

There is a medical study reported in Neurocrit care in 2011 that suggested that diosmin also affected the ability of platelets to clot/stick together.
This means that this would also potentially increase the chance of bleeding.

It would be best not to used these products with your warfarin

If you are not sure, you should discuss this with your doctor
