I have gone through your query. Curcumin supplements and ginger supplements has anti clotting properties. Xarelto (Rivaroxaban) is excellent drugs for giving anti clotting action. So combining Xarelto and curcumin supplement can increase the anti clotting action and there will be increased tendency for bleeding accidents. That is why it is better to avoid these combinations.
