Yes. Aziththromycin can be an empiric treatment option for treating UTI.

However, a better approach would be to get tested. Urinalysis should be done. If there is evidence of infection then culture sensitivity testing should be done and antibioics be started. They can be adjusted according to culture results accordingly.
